My Approach

I solve your culture challenges in 3 simple steps: 

Step 1 - Discovery

I gather the data/do a culture audit on your current culture, this can involve a straightforward conversation with the leader or a deeper dive whereby observations, general or pulse employee surveys, one-to-ones, workshops, and customer reach-outs occur. This is your call.

Step 2 - Design

Once I have analysed the data, assessed your current culture, and identified areas for improvements I design custom-made Culture Action Plans that suit your business.

Step 3 - Guide & Follow Up

I guide you through the improvement process and provide quarterly follow-up calls, to ensure success for your business and your team members.

Culture challenges previous clients have experienced:

  • Low levels of Engagement, Trust, Connection, Team Spirit, and Accountability.

  • Lack of a compelling/strong  EVP, increasing disengagement, difficulty attracting top talent and having a negative impact on employer branding.

  • Misalignment of Company purpose, values & behaviors.

Duration of projects:

This depends on the number of challenges, depth of analysis & size of your business.

 

In some previous projects, the duration has been as short as 3 days, or in others, I have worked with a client over a few weeks or even several months. I have worked with clients who prefer 1 day each month, for the full year.

 

So it can vary.

 

Below are some examples of previous project durations, they will give you extra insights into the process:

  • Previous client with a small-sized business had 3 culture challenges, employee pulse surveys and observations took place for the analysis, and I then designed Culture Action Plans for the 3 culture challenges. This was a 6-day project.

  • Previous client with a medium-sized business had 1 particular culture challenge that they themselves had identified. Conversations with the leader and HR took place for the analysis, and I then designed Culture Action Plans for this cultue challenge. This was a 3-day project.

  • Previous client with a medium-sized business, had 7 culture challenges, a general employee survey, 4 team workshops & customer reach outs took place for the analysis, and I then designed Culture Action Plans for all 7 culture challenges. This was a 17-day project.
